The biggest mistake I've made with my SaaS is not creating content earlier.

I placed this responsibility on the horizon not only due to fear of my "super unique idea" being leaked before we launched, but subconsciously it was probably because I was lazy and afraid to start.

I've always worked with creators, but never been on the other side of the camera. Truth is it scares me.

As a bootstrapped SaaS, I believe content creates the trust that you need with your audience. And I had all of the time in the world to create it and build momentum for this launch.

This mistake will cost me greatly.
